On Sept. 10, AADS faculty member and Dean of the Lloyd International Honors College, Dr. Omar H. Ali joined Grammy recipient and MacArthur fellow Rhiannon Giddens, and multi-instrumenalist Francensco Turris in a series conversations about the intersections of the African Diaspora and history of Islam. The event was co-sponsored by AADS and the Lloyd International Honors College.
